By proceeding with an order on Click2Pharmacy.co.uk, you accept and agree to our Delivery Policy Terms & Conditions set out below. Please read this carefully before placing an order.
1. Delivery Methods
We deliver all prescription and non-prescription medicines via:
- Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked – £2.95
- Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked – £3.99
- Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked – Signed For – £4.99
These services are not guaranteed next-day delivery and should not be relied upon for urgent or emergency medication.
If you require medication urgently, please contact your GP or NHS111.
We do not deliver internationally.
2. Dispatch Times
If you place your order before 2pm, we aim to dispatch the same day.
Please note this may not always be possible due to:
- Busy periods
- Bank holidays
- Stock issues
- Clinicians needing additional information
In such cases, we will dispatch at the next available opportunity.
We generally dispatch parcels within 1–2 working days once an order has been approved by our clinical team.
Once dispatched, Royal Mail’s estimated delivery timeframe is 24 hours.
3. Free Delivery Offer
- Free delivery is available if your order total is above £50.
- This offer is valid on all eligible products, excluding weight-loss treatments (Wegovy, Mounjaro, Rybelsus, Saxenda, Liraglutide), as well as Chloramphenicol eye drops, Optrex Infected Eye Drops , and Vitaros Cream.
4. Royal Mail as Third-Party Courier
Royal Mail is a trusted third-party courier service that we use in good faith. While we pay for and expect them to deliver a high-quality service, there may be occasions where delays, errors, or issues occur which are outside of our direct control.
Where possible, we will assist you in resolving these matters.
5. Tracking and Responsibility After Dispatch
On the day of dispatch, you will receive an email confirmation.
Royal Mail will also send you a tracking number so you can monitor your parcel’s progress via their official site: Track your parcel via Royal Mail.
Once Royal Mail attempts delivery, It is your responsibility to do following:
- Once Royal Mail confirms delivery to a neighbour or safe place you’ve requested, responsibility passes to you. Click2Pharmacy is not liable for loss or damage that occurs after this confirmed delivery.
- If you are not home, it is your responsibility to rearrange delivery, collect from the local depot, or provide instructions for a safe place/neighbour.
- If you redirect your parcel or request delivery to a neighbour/safe place, you accept responsibility once Royal Mail confirms delivery to that location.
- Click2Pharmacy cannot be held responsible if a parcel goes missing after redirection to a safe place or neighbour.
- Our couriers will deliver the parcel to the address supplied with your order. If the address is incomplete or incorrect and results in a failed delivery, we will not be able to offer a replacement or refund.
- If delivery is attempted and no one is available to receive the parcel, we will be unable to offer a replacement or refund. Where safe to do so, we will arrange re-shipment of any returned items once they have been received at our dispensary (please note this may take several days). Items that expire while in transit back to our dispensary cannot be replaced.
- A person must be present at the delivery address to sign for any medicines, or the delivery must be collected from the courier in person. The individual signing does not need to be the named patient.
6. If Your Parcel is Missing or Delayed
If your parcel appears to be delayed, stuck in Royal Mail’s network, or marked as delivered but not received, please follow these steps:
- Check your property thoroughly (porches, sheds, garages, and designated safe places).
- Check with neighbours to see if they accepted the parcel.
- Contact your local Royal Mail delivery office in case they are holding the parcel.
- Track your parcel online using the Royal Mail tracking link.
If still unresolved, email us at Hello@click2pharmacy.co.uk with your order number.
We will then initiate an investigation with Royal Mail. Because your parcel contains medication, strict protocols apply. Royal Mail may use GPS tracking data and internal checks. Investigations can take up to 30 days.
Please note: Refunds or replacements will only be considered once Royal Mail has concluded their investigation and confirmed the parcel as lost.
7. Damaged or Open Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, opened, or tampered with, DO NOT ACCEPT DELIVERY. Ask Royal Mail to return it to sender and notify us immediately at Hello@click2pharmacy.co.uk.
If you accept delivery of a parcel that is visibly damaged or open, Royal Mail will not take responsibility, and it becomes very difficult to challenge or claim.
8. GLP-1 Medicines (Wegovy & Mounjaro)
We take special care with GLP-1 injections such as Mounjaro and Wegovy:
- Parcels are shipped with ice packs and foil-insulated packaging, designed to maintain safe storage conditions for up to 48 hours.
- During the journey, it is normal and expected for the ice packs to melt. This helps maintain a stable temperature inside the packaging.
- Mounjaro is stable for up to 30 days at temperatures up to 30°C.
- Wegovy is stable for up to 6 weeks at temperatures up to 30°C.
This means that even if your parcel is slightly delayed in transit, the medication should remain safe and effective.
Once received, please place your injection pens in the refrigerator immediately.
9. Refunds, Replacements and Returns
- Refunds and replacements will only be considered after Royal Mail confirms the parcel is lost following investigation.
- We cannot offer compensation for delays, as these are outside of our control.
- Prescription medicines cannot be returned once dispatched, and refunds cannot be offered if a patient changes their mind. This is in line with UK consumer law and MHRA regulations.
- We reserve the right to charge a £10 cancellation fee if you cancel an order. This may apply if a consultation has been carried out or administrative effort has been made in contacting the patient.
- Please note: for all refunds or exchanges, the product must be returned first, and no refund or exchange will be issued until we have received and inspected the item.
- Important: Medication should never be disposed of in household waste. It should only be returned to a pharmacy or sent back to us for safe disposal.

Once approved, we usually dispatch within 1–2 working days. Delivery is typically 24 hours after dispatch, but this is not guaranteed.

Royal Mail will attempt redelivery or provide instructions for collection/redirection. Once delivery is attempted, it is the patient’s responsibility to rearrange or redirect appropriately.

No. We do not provide an urgent delivery service. For urgent medication, please contact your GP or NHS111.

- Check your property and safe places
- Ask neighbours
- Contact your local Royal Mail delivery office

Q9: How long does a missing parcel investigation take?
Investigations can take up to 30 days. We will update you as soon as Royal Mail provides a response.
Q10: Can you send me a replacement while the investigation is ongoing?
No. As the item is medication, strict protocols prevent us from issuing a replacement until Royal Mail confirms the parcel is officially lost.
Q11: What if my parcel is returned to you?
If Royal Mail is unable to deliver and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to rearrange delivery. Additional postage fees may apply.
Q12: Do I need to sign for my parcel?

Q13: What if I change my mind after ordering?
Prescription medicines cannot be returned or refunded once dispatched. This is a legal requirement under UK consumer law and MHRA regulations.

You may cancel your order, but please note we reserve the right to charge a £10 cancellation fee at our discretion, particularly where a consultation has already been completed or administrative effort has taken place.
Q15: What if my medication arrives late and I run out?
Please plan your orders in advance. If you are at risk of running out, contact your GP or NHS111 for urgent supplies.
Q16: What if my GLP-1 parcel arrives warm?
Mounjaro remains safe for 30 days at room temperature up to 30°C.
Wegovy remains safe for 6 weeks at room temperature up to 30°C.
Your medication is therefore safe to use unless storage has been compromised. Place pens in the fridge as soon as received.
Q17: Why were my ice packs melted when I received my GLP-1 medication?
This is normal and expected. Ice packs are designed to melt gradually during transit. The melting process absorbs heat, which helps keep the medication cool.
