Who Is the NeilMed Sinus Rinse Kit Suitable For?

This kit is suitable for adults and children aged 4 and older. For children, it is recommended that a parent or guardian assists with the process.

Do not use NeilMed Sinus Rinse if:

• Your nasal passages are completely blocked (making it impossible to breathe).
• You have an acute ear infection or ear pain.
• You have recently had ear surgery (consult your doctor first).

Speak to a healthcare professional before use if you:

• Experience significant pressure in the ears during use.

How to Use the NeilMed Sinus Rinse Kit

1. Wash your hands and the bottle thoroughly. Fill the bottle with 240ml of distilled, filtered, or previously boiled (then cooled) water.
2. Cut the corner of a sachet and pour the contents into the bottle. Tighten the cap and shake well to dissolve.
3. Standing in front of a sink, bend forward and tilt your head down.
4. Place the cap snugly against one nostril and squeeze the bottle gently until the solution drains from the opposite nostril.
5. Blow your nose very gently. Repeat the process for the other nostril.

Always discard any remaining solution. Clean the bottle and cap with soap and water after every use and let them air dry.

Possible Side Effects of NeilMed Sinus Rinse

Side effects are rare as the solution is drug-free and pH-balanced, but some may experience:

• Mild stinging or burning sensation if the water is too cold or if the solution is not mixed correctly.
• Ear irritation or pressure if squeezed too forcefully or used when nostrils are fully blocked.
