Who Is Nicorette Original Gum Suitable For?

Nicorette Original Gum is suitable for adults and adolescents aged 12 years and over. Do not use if allergic to nicotine or any ingredient.

How to Use Nicorette Original Gum

1. Chew the gum slowly until the flavour becomes strong.
2. Rest the gum between your cheek and gum to allow nicotine absorption.
3. When the taste fades, chew again until the taste returns.
4. Continue this “chew and park” method for around 30 minutes.

Use only one piece at a time and do not exceed 15 pieces per da.
