During this call, they’ll make sure they fully understand your symptoms and can recommend the most appropriate treatment and advice. Our pharmacists are available Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm for consultations.
If prescription treatment is suitable, we’ll dispense it from our local pharmacy and conveniently ship it to you without needing to see a GP. If our pharmacists feel you need different support, they may recommend speaking with your doctor instead. This ensures you always get the right care for your condition.

Our online pharmacy consultation service can’t treat severe or complex medical conditions. These need direct assessment by your GP or hospital. We also can’t prescribe controlled drugs, strong painkillers containing codeine, tramadol, sleep medication or antidepressants.

The consultation fee includes the cost of most prescribed medication. This covers common treatments for conditions like hay fever, acid reflux, cystitis, and skin conditions.
