What are Priligy Tablets?

Priligy Tablets contain the active ingredient dapoxetine, which belongs to a group of medicines called selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs). These tablets come in two strengths, 30mg and 60mg, and are designed to be taken orally. Priligy Tablets help men who suffer from premature ejaculation by increasing the time it takes to ejaculate and improving control over ejaculation.

What are Priligy Tablets used for?

Priligy Tablets are primarily used to treat premature ejaculation in men aged 18 to 64 years. Premature ejaculation is a condition where ejaculation happens with minimal sexual stimulation before, during, or shortly after penetration, causing distress or difficulty in sexual relationships. By taking Priligy Tablets, men can experience improved control over ejaculation and increased time before ejaculation occurs.

Currently, Priligy Tablets are not used to treat any other conditions.

How do Priligy Tablets work?

Priligy Tablets work by increasing the activity of serotonin in the nervous system. Serotonin is a neurotransmitter that plays a key role in various bodily functions, including mood regulation and the control of ejaculation. By inhibiting the reuptake of serotonin, Priligy Tablets enhance its action at the synapses, which helps delay ejaculation. Who are Priligy Tablets suitable for?

Priligy Tablets are suitable for men aged 18 to 64 years who suffer from premature ejaculation. These tablets can help men who experience ejaculation with minimal sexual stimulation and who find this condition causes significant distress or difficulty in their sexual relationships.

However, Priligy Tablets may not be suitable for everyone. Men should not take Priligy Tablets if they:

• Have heart problems, such as heart failure or problems with the heart rhythm
• Have a history of fainting
• Have liver problems
• Are taking certain medications, such as monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs), thioridazine, or other SSRIs
• Have a history of mania or severe depression
• Are allergic to dapoxetine or any other ingredients in the tablets

How to take Priligy Tablets

1. Take one tablet with a full glass of water.
2. Swallow the tablet whole; do not crush or chew it.
3. Take the tablet 1 to 3 hours before sexual activity.
4. Do not take more than one tablet in 24 hours.

Take Priligy Tablets only when you plan to have sexual activity. Do not take them every day.

Continue taking Priligy Tablets as needed to manage premature ejaculation. Consult your doctor if you have any concerns about how long to take this medication.

Priligy Tablets Side Effects

Like all medications, Priligy Tablets can cause side effects. Below are some common, uncommon, and serious side effects you may experience.

Priligy Tablets Ingredients

Active Ingredients: The active ingredient in Priligy Tablets is dapoxetine.

Other Ingredients: Priligy Tablets also contain lactose monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, colloidal anhydrous silica, magnesium stearate, hypromellose, titanium dioxide, triacetin, and iron oxide yellow.

Important Information

• Do not take Priligy Tablets if you have heart problems, such as heart failure or problems with the heart rhythm.
• Do not take Priligy Tablets if you have a history of fainting.
• Do not take Priligy Tablets if you have liver problems.

• Do not drive or operate heavy machinery if you feel dizzy or lightheaded after taking Priligy Tablets.
