Do not use Otrivine Extra Dual Relief if you:

• Are allergic to xylometazoline, ipratropium, or any listed ingredients

• Have had surgery through the nose or mouth (e.g., brain surgery)
• Suffer from glaucoma or dry inflammation of the nasal lining (rhinitis sicca)

How to Use Otrivine Extra Dual Relief Nasal Spray

1. Prime the pump before the first use by spraying into the air until a fine mist appears.
2. Clear your nose by blowing it gently.
3. Lean forward slightly and insert the nozzle into a nostril.
4. Press the pump once while breathing in gently through the nose.
5. Repeat the process in the other nostril.
6. Clean and dry the nozzle before replacing the cap.

Do not use the spray for more than 7 consecutive days, as prolonged use can cause nasal congestion to return or worsen.
