What Is Vicks Sinex Micromist Used For?

Vicks Sinex Micromist is used for the rapid, short-term relief of nasal congestion. It targets the stuffy feeling associated with the common cold, allergic rhinitis (hay fever), and sinusitis. By narrowing the blood vessels in the nose, it reduces inflammation and unblocks the airways for up to 8 hours.

How to Use Vicks Sinex Micromist

  1. Prime the pump before the first use by spraying into the air until a fine mist is released.
  2. Remove the cap and keep the bottle upright.
  3. Insert the nozzle into your nostril and close the other nostril with a finger.
  4. Depress the pump and breathe in deeply through your nose simultaneously.
  5. Repeat the process for the other nostril and wipe the nozzle before replacing the cap.

If not used for over a week, re-prime the pump once before application.
