About Ryaltris Nasal Spray

Ryaltris Nasal Spray contains two active ingredients — mometasone furoate(a corticosteroid) and olopatadine hydrochloride (an antihistamine). Together, they help relieve and prevent the symptoms of moderate to severe hay fever (seasonal allergic rhinitis) and perennial allergic rhinitis in adults and adolescents aged 12 years and above.

Mometasone works by reducing inflammation and swelling inside the nose, while olopatadine blocks histamine — the substance responsible for allergic symptoms like sneezing, itching, and a runny or blocked nose.

Each bottle provides up to 240 metered sprays, offering long-lasting relief for up to two months of regular use.

• Have recently had nasal surgery or injury that has not healed

Consult your doctor or pharmacist before using if you:

• Have or have ever had tuberculosis or another infection
• Are using or have used other steroid medications
• Have glaucoma, cataracts, or visual changes
• Are pregnant or breastfeeding

How to Use Ryaltris Nasal Spray

1. Shake the bottle for at least 10 seconds before each use.
2. Prime the spray before first use by pressing down 6 times until a fine mist appears.
3. Blow your nose gently to clear the nostrils.
4. Insert the nozzle into one nostril, tilt your head slightly forward, and spray twice while breathing in gently through your nose.
5. Repeat in the other nostril.
6. Wipe the nozzle clean after each use and replace the purple cap.

If unused for 14 days or more, re-prime the bottle with 2 sprays before using again.
Each bottle should be used within 2 months of first opening.

Stop using and seek medical help immediately if you develop signs of an allergic reaction.
